Development & refurbishment of properties in bakers wood
We understand that properties in Bakers Wood will be redeveloped and/or comprehensively refurbished. As a result, the Committee has put into place policy to provide structure for developers and residents who intend to redevelop.
These policies cover considerate construction, the road and the verges which are routinely damaged and later remodelled by extensive builds. The verges are owned in Trust and the development of this land must meet the design guidance. This design guidance is purely in place to consider rainwater runoff, erosion and drainage.
