Bakers Wood Residents Association's primary aim is to protect the estate and ensure that residents have a voice with local authorities and the resident community.

The Association collects funds from residents on an annual basis which go toward the running of the estate, notably infrastructure and grounds maintenance and improvement. This is focussed on the upkeep and protection of the roads and verges.

The roads and verges in the estate are owned in Trust and administered by Trustees, who are residents of the estate and in contact with the Committee.

Bakers Wood Residents Association has an Annual General Meeting (see Downloads), with adhoc committee meetings throughout the calendar year to discuss any issues which have been presented.

Most importantly, it is run by the residents, for the residents.
